"I'm not going to tell you about some particular person, but about what I think a person I admire should have, what s/he should be like.
That person would say what s/he really thinks, and not change opinion just to become popular.
S/he wouldn't pretend to be tough or extreme, but be like s/he is.
The person shouldn't say horrible things (that maybe don't even come near the truth) about other people - then you'll never know what s/he is going to say about you.
One should be able to talk about everything, and know that s/he won't tell anyone about it.
To be able to be silent together is as important as being able to talk easily.
The person should be positive to new, impulsive ideas, and get such ideas her/himself too.
That person should have a "real" personality - be true and honest, and dare to show feelings, and not be afraid of being too personal.
S/he should rely on you, and put friendship high.
S/he shouldn't be just a dreamer, but try to make at least some of those dreams come true.
And s/he shouldn't care so much about the problems that may come sooner or later (if s/he follows her/his conscience).
That's a person - if s/he exists - that I would admire.Etiketter: beundra, English, person, sann vän, true friend |
